This section is intended to capture background information about the company so that a new back office employee who needs to process documents can take a moment to read up on what the company does and if there are any special relationships with individuals or other companies.
Open the domain in which you want to create a new administration and then click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar. Then in the now-opened screen, in the Domain section, click on Companies.
The following screen is always opened in the Default view:
In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the + Company button.

Back office remarks
Here specific agreements can be recorded that are brought to the attention of a back office employee when processing documents or bank transactions. Think of specific instructions or information that can help with recording the transactions e.g.: ‘company has no company car’, ‘rents a building’, ‘record receipts for fuel on RC private’.
