The Automation monitor in a domain provides an insight into the automatic processing rate of documents in a domain.
For a detailed description, see article Automation monitor.
This report shows per domain the automatic processing rate of the past 30 days based on the scores of the following three indicators:
- General configuration checks
(see article General (Automation monitor)) - Checks of quality of contacts
(see article Quality of contacts (Automation monitor)) - Checks of OCR recognition rules
(see article OCR match rules (Automation monitor)).
The total score is the average of the scores of the checks covered by the general configuration, quality of contacts and OCR match rules in the domain.
A user with the role “Portal administrator” or “Portal back office” role can view this report.
