As a Yuki office, do I need to have knowledge of automation before I can work with Maximum recognition?

To get the maximum value from the Maximum Recognition and Yuki service, it is important that you know how the automation in Yuki works because it forms the basis of this service. An example of automation in Yuki are the default values of a contact.


For example, if the default value of a contact is incorrectly set, a document forwarded to Maximum Recognition will still show an incorrect VAT code in the input screen. 


If you do not have sufficient knowledge of default values and automation settings in Yuki, we recommend that you contact your Customer Success Manager.
