Are you up against the maximum number of purchase and sales invoices within your bundle? This article explains what this means and what you can do to avoid it.
What happens when you exceed the maximum?
If you exceed the maximum number of invoices per month, you can continue to use Yuki as usual. The extra invoices processed in your domain, on top of the maximum number of invoices per month, will be settled on the next invoice. The cost for exceeding the maximum number of invoices can be found in the Yuki Store under the Bundle feature 'Invoices per month included'.
For the Minimal version and Unlimited bundles, no limits apply and there will be no additional charges.
How will I be kept informed of my current usage?
A notification will appear on your screen when you are at 100% of the maximum number of purchase and sales invoices. This notification is also sent by email to all users with the 'Management' role in your domain.
Where can I find an overview of the number of processed transactions?
An overview of all processed transactions per month can be found in the PO Box. Here you click on 'Processed transactions' on the left side of your screen.
What can I do to prevent exceeding the number of invoices?
Take a good look at your current usage. If you structurally exceed your bundle limit, it is advisable to choose a bundle with a higher maximum number of invoices per month. This is cheaper than paying for extra bills on top of your current bundle.
How can I change my bundle?
You can easily choose a different bundle in the Yuki Store at any time. You can access the Store from any screen in your domain by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right.
If you purchase a bundle with a higher limit, the higher limit will take effect immediately and you can get right back to work!
