Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
The moment a purchase or sales invoice is not 100% recognised by Yuki's IDR (Intelligent Document Recognition), there is the option of using the Maximum recognition service (provided by Lyanthe, a Visma company). This increases the number of recognised invoice fields and reduces the time needed to process invoices manually.
For a detailed description of the IDR, see article Automatic Document Recognition (IDR).
If one or more of the following fields of an invoice is not recognised by Yuki, this will be a trigger to forward the document to Maximum recognition:
- Contact
- Document date / Invoice date
- Reference / Invoice number
- Amount
- VAT amount.
The above fields, as well as the 'Due date', 'IBAN number' and 'Debtor number' fields, are recognised if possible by Maximum recognition after which the enriched document is returned to Yuki.
In an administration, it is visible in three places that an invoice has been enriched by Maximum recognition:
- in the 'IDR status' column in the documents to be processed workflow
(article Documents to be processed (workflow)) - at the history data in the input screen of an invoice
(article Back office input screen) - at the IDR details of an invoice
(article Automatic Document Recognition (IDR)).
During processing by Maximum recognition, invoices remain in the documents to be processed workflow in Yuki, so you can also always process manually yourself.
Maximum recognition is activated for a portal and all subportals in that portal. The General Terms and Conditions are sent to the specified email address at the end of activation.
ATTENTION!
During the Maximum recognition process, data may potentially leave the EU for additional verification. You can therefore exclude one or more domains from Maximum recognition at any time.
Only a user with the 'Portal administrator' role can activate or deactivate Maximum recognition for a portal and all subportals.
This applies to all domains and administrations to which the portal administrator has access.
A user with the 'Portal back office' role can only view Maximum recognition settings.
From this screen, a user with the 'Portal Administrator' role can:
- Activate Maximum recognition for portal and subportals
- Deactivate Maximum recognition for one or more domains.
In addition, from this screen, a portal administrator can, if required, also:
- Activate Maximum recognition for one or more domains
- Deactivate Maximum recognition for portal and subportals.
A portal administrator and a user with the 'Portal back office' role can both:
- view the domain data
- open a domain directly.
