The Yuki Payment service (Payment list) feature is integrated into the Bank functionality.

If you want to delete a draft SEPA payment file, or if for some reason you are unable to have a final SEPA payment file processed by the bank, you can delete a SEPA payment file from the payment history in the payment list.

Yuki Payment service (Payment list) is only available when a user with the role 'Management' has selected the Small, Medium, Large, or Unlimited bundle via the Yuki Store in the domain.

What happens after deletion?

As soon as you delete a SEPA payment file, the following happens:

  • Status restored: the documents (invoices) that were in the SEPA payment file are immediately released again.
  • Work list: the items reappear in the 'To be paid' work list.
  • Pay again: you can now select these documents again to pay them manually or include them in a new SEPA payment file.

Roles and permissions

Not every user has the authority to delete payment files. This is strictly regulated based on user roles.

Who is allowed to delete?

The following roles can delete both draft and final SEPA payment files:

  • Management
  • Financial administration
  • External accountant.

A user with the 'Back office' role does not have the rights to delete SEPA payment files.

Payment list security enabled

Is this security enabled? If so, the right to delete draft and final SEPA payment files is linked to the user's specific procuration rights (usually the 'Management' role).

Access to Payment files

To access:

  • click on the Bank icon in the navigation bar
  • click on Payment list
  • then, in the now-opened screen, select the Payment history work list.

After the SEPA payment file has been actually deleted, the documents are placed back in the 'To be paid' work list.

  • Final SEPA payment file
    Click on the Delete button
