In this overview you can see all values that have currently been created for the selected analytic view.

A value is a category to which you can assign transactions that fall within your scope. If you want to work with dimensions within your analytic view, you must link a value to at least one option of a dimension for each dimension used.

TIPS!

  • The values you have created are shown as columns in the 'Profit and loss value comparison' and 'Profit and loss by dimension' report.
  • The data in the 'Profit and loss by value' report can be filtered by one of the values you have created.

Only a user with the 'Portal administrator', 'Portal back office', 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role can create one or more values.

From this screen, a user can::

  • create a value
