Why is the portal guest user role disappearing?

The Self-accounting feature is a complete solution for both the accountant and the entrepreneur.

It offers the entrepreneur one environment with all the back office functionalities needed to process documents. Entrepreneurs no longer have to switch between different environments. In addition, this way entrepreneurs no longer end up in your portal. This is quite an improvement in terms of privacy and for now and in the future fully AVG-proof. With this the Self-accounting feature replaces the portal guest user role, this role was mainly assigned as a temporary solution. 

We also saw that many guest users were lost from sight and/or not removed, which resulted in an incomplete overview of users who had access to back office functionalities. Therefore, this is a distinct opportunity to clean up the file of portal guest users, if desired, to ensure an optimal overview.
