In the Yuki accountant portal, an office can choose to regularly ask clients (domain owners) about their satisfaction.
Only a user with the “Portal administrator” role an activate the satisfaction functionality.
When the entrepreneur (domain owner) logs in, a pop-up screen appears with a question about customer satisfaction.
When the accountant owns the domain, the pop-up screen appears after switching to the user side.
If no owner is set in the domain then the satisfaction question is not sent.
The owner can indicate this satisfaction by choosing one of five smileys (score 1 - Very satisfied to score 5 - Very dissatisfied). With a score of 3 or higher, the customer can also indicate whether they would like to be contacted about this.
The satisfaction question appears once every 3 months when the owner voted “Satisfied” and once a month when the owner voted “Dissatisfied.
After activating satisfaction, the monthly frequency of the satisfaction question should also be specified and a custom default question can be created if desired.
A user with the 'Portal back office' role does not have access to the satisfaction settings.
In the accountant portal, click on the Settings icon at the top right of your screen.
The following screen is always opened in the view with the general settings of the portal:
In addition to the satisfaction settings, this screen also contains the following general settings:
- samples
- document processing
- VAT return approval
- security
- access settings for end users (customers).
Set up satisfaction
Activate the customer satisfaction functionality by selecting the Have customers regularly indicate their satisfaction check box.
Next, set the monthly frequency of the satisfaction question and then formulate your own default question in Dutch, English or French if you wish.
Then click on the Save button to save these settings.
According to the settings in the screenshot above, once a quarter the notification below will appear in the customers' domain:
