Depending on the size of your company and the functionality required to maintain up-to-date accounting in Yuki, you can now choose in the Yuki Store as an entrepreneur the bundle that's right for you /or add additional feature(s).
The costs for the chosen bundle and/or added extra feature(s) will be invoiced directly to the entrepreneur by Yuki.
Only a user with the 'Management' role in your domain can choose an appropriate bundle and/or add an additional feature.

TIP!
The account number for direct debit of the monthly invoice from Yuki can be changed from the Yuki Store.

After selecting your chosen bundle (upgrade) and/or extra feature(s), it is immediately available for use in your domain!
If the change consists of a downgrade to another bundle or you have removed an added extra feature, the current bundle or the added extra feature will remain available until the end of the month.
Open Yuki Store
You can access the Yuki Store from any screen in your domain:
- at the top of the navigation bar, click on the Switch domain icon and then on the Upgrade my bundle link
- click on the shopping cart at the top right of your screen
In the Yuki Store, by clicking on the Yuki Store or Features link at the top of your screen, you will find the following information:
- Yuki Store
Here you will see currently most suitable bundle for your business. Below that, under Subscription bundle plans, the available bundles in Yuki are compared in terms of price and features. - Features
This screen shows an overview of all features included in one or more bundles. It also describes the additional features you can add to your chosen bundle.
In addition, you can click on the arrow behind your login name to:
- return to the home screen of Yuki in your domain
- change your payment method for your bundle (including the extra features).
Compare and choose bundles
Based on your activity in Yuki, Yuki suggests your ideal bundle.
For assistance in choosing a bundle, you can use a so-called advice tool by clicking on the Calculate yourself link. Based on your manual input regarding the number of users in your domain, the number of invoices you use on average, whether or not you receive invoices or collections from Yuki, whether or not you have insight into your financial figures, and whether or not you work with projects, this tool will suggest your ideal bundle and the associated costs.
Under Subscription bundle plans, you can see the price of all the bundles and all the features available to you in a particular bundle.
You can choose one of the above bundles by clicking on the Buy now button in your chosen bundle.
ATTENTION!
In the screenshot below you can see that for this domain the bundle Large is already selected because the Add features button is available instead of the Buy now button.
Click on the Read more in a bundle link to compare the features of all bundles.
The features of all bundles are described below:
- Minimal
The Minimal version offers the following features:- Unlimited number of invoices (purchase and sales) per month.
Purchase invoices also include all expense claims (from employee) - 1 user (maximum 1 user)
- Communication with accountant (PO Box)
Submitting files (documents and transactions), points of attention in administration and ask questions. - Document archive (Archive)
- Viewing data in Financial monitor (Financials).
It is not possible to zoom in further on this data - Receiving invoices through Peppol.

- Small
The bundle Small offers the following features:- 75 invoices (purchase and sales) per month.
Purchase invoices include all expense claims (from employees).

Choose extra feature(s)
After you have chosen a bundle you always have the option in the follow-up screen, if applicable, to expand your current bundle with an additional feature:
- feature Hours registration (only available in bundle Small, Medium, Large and Unlimited): registration of billable hours by employees and creation of sales invoices after approval and fiatting.
TIP!
You can also expand your bundle with an additional feature later if you wish by clicking on the Add features button mentioned earlier.
Confirm order
After selecting your chosen bundle and/or additional feature, click on the Checkout button to confirm your order.
The following screen will open:
On the right side of this screen you can see the bundle and/or extra feature you want to order. You still have the option here to change your bundle or remove the extra feature you selected.
To confirm your order:
- Select the payment method you want to use:
- SEPA Direct Debit (select New account to create a new bank account for the direct debit)
- Credit card.
- enter the required details
- Click on the Confirm order button.
The following message will then appear on your screen:
You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
ATTENTION!
If you have chosen the Minimal version of Yuki, no email will be sent.
As described earlier in this article, your chosen bundle and/or extra feature is now immediately available for use in your domain.
