Depending on the size of your company and the functionality required to maintain up-to-date accounting in Yuki, you can now choose in the Yuki Store as an entrepreneur the bundle that's right for you /or add additional feature(s).
TIP!
Via the 'Calculate yourself' link in the Yuki Store, you can use a so-called advice tool. Based on manual input, this tool suggests the ideal bundle and associated costs for you.
After selecting your chosen bundle (upgrade) and/or extra feature(s), it is immediately available for use in your domain!
In the subscription details of your bundle, you will find the content of your bundle, the percentage of invoices processed against the maximum allowed number of invoices in your bundle, your payment method, and the invoices invoiced to you from Yuki.

The costs for the chosen bundle and/or added extra feature(s) will be invoiced directly to the entrepreneur by Yuki.
Only a user with the 'Management' role in your domain can choose an appropriate bundle and/or add an additional feature.

The Unlimited bundle offers the following features:
- Unlimited number of invoices (purchase and sales) per month.
Purchase invoices include all expense claims (from employees).
Sales invoices include all invoices created in Yuki or imported via API link. - 1 user (but unlimited number of additional users possible)
- Communication with accountant (PO Box)
Submitting files (documents and transactions), points of interest in administration and ask questions. - Document archive (Archive)

Choose bundle and/or add additional feature(s)
A user with the 'Management' role in your domain can choose the following bundle and/or add additional feature(s) via the Yuki Store:
- Minimal version of Yuki
- bundle Small
- bundle Medium
- bundle Large
- feature Hours registration (only available in bundle Small, Medium, Large and Unlimited): registration of billable hours by employees and creation of sales invoices after approval and fiatting.
All users with the 'Management' role in your domain will receive an email about this.
ATTENTION!
If you choose the Minimal version of Yuki, no email will be sent.
The administration office/accountant can add the following features for you in your domain via your contract:
- Yuki Foreign currency: create or submit foreign currency invoices, import foreign currency bank accounts
- Payroll connection with Loket
- Payroll link with Nmbrs
- Yuki WKR: working costs (cost type and VAT percentage) are automatically included in the WKR tool during accounting processing and displayed on the basis of a clear interim report (summary).
- Rabobank accounting link
- Accounting link with ABN AMRO
- Accounting link with ING
- Accounting link with Knab
- Ponto PSD2 links
- Yuki Webservice (from 1000 to 5000 calls per day)
- Yuki Webservice Extended (from 5,000 to a maximum of 10,000 calls per day).
Open Yuki Store
You can access the Yuki Store from any screen in your domain:
- at the top of the navigation bar, click on the Switch domain icon and then on the Upgrade my bundle link
- click on the shopping cart at the top right of your screen
The Yuki Store will open where you can choose a bundle by clicking on the Buy now button in your chosen bundle under Subscription bundle plans. In the now-opened follow-up screen, expand your bundle with an additional feature if you wish by selecting it.
Then click on the Checkout button and confirm your order.

Change bundle or remove added extra feature
Through the Yuki Store in your domain, you can also change your chosen bundle and/or remove added extra features at any time.
All users with the 'Management' role in your domain will receive an email about this.
If the change consists of a downgrade to another bundle or you have removed an added extra feature, the current bundle or the added extra feature will remain available until the end of the month.
