Purchase invoices with payments in transit

In Yuki, you can view a list of all purchase invoices for which payment is still pending. These are invoices that were paid by debit card, credit card, or direct debit. However, they still need to be matched with a payment in Yuki.

A user with the 'Back office' role in the domain, or the 'Purchase', 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role, can view this overview. 

Only a user with the 'Management' role can mark an invoice as pending or make it payable again.

Hover your mouse over the Purchase icon in the navigation bar and then click on Payments in transit.

The following screen is opened:

On this screen, you can use the following buttons and/or download menus:

1. Select the criteria by which you want to filter the invoices: Subject, Amount, Supplier, Invoice number, Tag, or Project.
2. Then enter the actual selection criteria. Clicking on the Search button applies the filter to the list.
   
   If the accountant has added the Yuki Foreign Currency feature to the domain’s contract, you can also filter by Currency.
   
   
3. Toggle whether or not to display a preview of the selected purchase invoice.
4. Mark the selected purchase invoices as payable again. These invoices can be viewed in the Unpaid invoices overview.
5. Mark the selected purchase invoices as 'In process'. These invoices can be viewed and handled in the In process overview.
6. Switch between the overview of all purchase invoices and the overview of all purchase credit invoices.
7. Select the overview of the invoices for the correct administration.
8. Customize the columns shown in this overview.
9. Download the shown overview as a CSV file (Excel).
