In Nmbrs Accounting, you can view a list of all purchase invoices that have not yet been paid in full or in part. This is different from the accounts payable open items. The latter is more of an accounting-related list and also includes payments that are not linked to a purchase invoice. From this overview, you can open the payment list to pay invoices via a SEPA payment file (the Bulk Payments feature must be included in the package).
A user with the 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'Purchase', 'Management', 'Financial Administration', or 'External Accountant' role can view this overview.
Only the domain owner (with the 'Management' role) and users with the 'Management' role can mark invoices as Paid or set them to In process.
PLEASE NOTE!
Each invoice is marked with a colored square: yellow (Not yet paid), blue (Partially unpaid), or green (Fully paid).
A user with the 'Back office' role in the domain can immediately match an outstanding invoice with a payment by clicking the yellow or blue square next to the relevant invoice.
Hover your mouse over the Purchase icon in the navigation bar, then click on Unpaid invoices.
The following screen is opened:

On this screen, you can use the following buttons and/or download menus:
- Select the criteria by which you want to filter the invoices: Subject, Amount, Supplier, Invoice number, Tag, or Project.
- Then enter the actual selection criteria. Clicking on the Search button applies the filter to the list.
If the accountant has added the Foreign currency feature to the domain’s contract, you can also filter by Currency. - Toggle whether or not to display a preview of the selected purchase invoice.
- Whenever you have manually created and processed a payment in your bank's online portal, you can select the relevant entry here and click on the Paid button at the top of your screen.
- Mark the selected purchase invoices as in process. A white hand icon will appear next to the invoices. These invoices can then be viewed and ‘processed’ via the In process overview.
- Open the payment list to pay invoices using a SEPA payment file.
- Switch between the overview of all purchase invoices and the overview of all purchase credit invoices.
- Select the overview of the unpaid invoices for the correct administration.
- Customize the columns shown in this overview.
- Download the shown overview as a CSV file (Excel).
