This inconsistency is actually always caused by mutations of the same date in two different statements. This can occur because the user has downloaded transactions during the day and after that time another transaction still took place.
The first imported statement for example contains three transactions on that day and the second statement that is imported contains four transactions on that same day. Three transactions of the last statement are marked as duplicate and one transaction is imported. Yuki raakt hierdoor enigszins van streek en geeft een inconsistentie.
Hover your mouse over the Bank icon in the navigation bar and then click on Bank accounts. Subsequently, in the now-opened screen, click on the relevant account number and then click on the Statements button. If all lines are coloured black then there are no inconsistencies.
In your screen there seems to be an inconsistency with the statements but the difference in bank balance is the same with the corresponding blue lines. A blue line is the result of an inconsistency in the red line underneath, the differences however don't increase.
In addition you see a statement (with the same statement number) with the same date twice. It is also remarkable that with this inconsistency the balance check is 0,00 euro.
Action to be taken
- Mark the three statement lines of the first imported statement as duplicate.
- Open the statement that is imported second (containing the four transactions).
- Click on Click here for more information under There are one or more statement lines not imported because they were already imported before.
- Successively click the date of each statement line and then click on Import.
- Click on the red triangle with the exclamation mark in order to calculate the inconsistency again.
