Why does emailed quotation, sales invoice and/or reminder not arrive at customer?

Modified on Wed, 10 Sep at 1:44 PM

When the quotation, sales invoice and/or reminder is sent via Yuki's “virtual” mail server, it happens that they are not received by the customer.

In that case, the sent email is not accepted by the SMTP server of the receiving party.

This can be resolved by giving Yuki explicit permission to send email from your email address. You can do this by contacting your domain's hosting provider to ask them to set the correct DNS records for your email account on their own SMTP server.

You can find these DNS records by clicking on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then in the now-opened screen click on Sales settings. In the now-opened screen, under Invoice delivery, click on Email sending options.

For a detailed description of sending quotations, sales invoices and/or reminders via Yuki's mail server, see article Email sending options (email account and mail server).
