After creating a new bank account, it is not visible in the bank account overview if there are no transactions on that bank account yet. This is because Yuki then considers this bank account as 'Inactive'.
The bank account becomes visible in the overview by clicking on the Show inactive bank accounts button.
As soon as there are transactions on the bank account, the account will be shown in the overview by default.
