The Back office screen will be opened if you open a domain that you have just created.
The screen in which data of the company profile by means of the administration-wizard should be entered is opened as follows:
- Under Companies you will find the administrations in the domain.
- Click on > in front of the relevant administration name to start entering the company profile of the administration.
- Click on the Edit button in the screen now opened to enter or change data on the General tab.
On this tab general data about the company is shown. Below some fields are mentioned that need special attention.
Main contact
Here you have to enter the contact person of your customer with whom you wish to communicate about the financial records of the company. Questions and messages concerning the financial records (for example taxes) are sent by default to this person.
Address
Enter the address of the customer as accurately and complete as possible. This will be helpful for the automatic recognition of invoices.
Company logo
Here you can upload the company logo. This logo will be used in several places. The domain will look more personal and moreover will be helpful for the office portal in recognising domains and administrations visually.
Check the Delete image checkbox in order to remove the logo.
Email address for documents
This email address can be used by yourself and your suppliers to email documents to your administration. The documents will be processed automatically or will end up in the 'Documents to be processed' or 'Bank transactions to be processed' workflow.
