Customer-specific remarks

Only a user with a 'Back office' role in the domain can view the overview of special customer-specific agreements on an administration, contact or general ledger account.

When special appointments are recorded in a domain, you can view an overview of these notes (remarks) by hovering your mouse over the Back office icon in the navigation bar and then click on Customer remarks.

The following screen is opened:

You can indicate in the drop-down menu whether only the back office remarks about the administrations, general ledger accounts, contacts or all back office remarks should be displayed.
