Yuki implements a username/password mechanism to identify users and control limited access within the Yuki platform. Yuki has implemented a number of procedures and tools to ensure that this data is as secure as possible:
- Password policy
- Password storage
- Forgot password
- Change password
- Time-out
- Change login name.
A user can change the login name or password himself. It is also possible for the user to set a new password if he or she has forgotten it.
A language can be selected in the login screen. The default language and the available languages depend on the domain name under which the login screen is opened (yukiworks.nl, .be, .es or .com). The chosen language is stored in a browser cookie so that this language is used at the next login.
