Processed transactions

To view an overview of all processed transactions in the domain, hover your mouse over the Backoffice icon in the navigation bar and then click on Processed transactions.


Only a user with a 'Back office' role in the domain can view the overview of the processed transactions.


The following screen is opened:



In this screen, you can use the following buttons and/or dropdown menus:

  1. Select here which document type you want to filter the processed transactions by: all document types, electronic bank statement, purchase invoice, sales invoice (Yuki invoicing), bank statement, cash statement, VAT return, financial import file, pay slip, SEPA, general journal, opening balance sheet, payroll tax assessment, sales invoice, expense claim, year-end correction or fiscal correction.
  2. Specify the chosen filter by selecting one of the following processing methods: all processing methods, automatically processed, manually processed or modified by user.
  3. Select the period for which you want to view the changed processed transactions.
  4. Select the period for which you want to view the processed transactions with an entry date in that period.
  5. By default, the documents and transactions are shown with their respective entries on VAT and costs and/or revenue. When the filter is activated, only entries based on VAT and costs and/or revenue are shown.
  6. Search for a processed transaction by subject, the exact debit or credit amount or the contact.
  7. Select the overview of the processed transactions of the correct company.
