Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
Payroll tax assessments (just like pay slips and payroll journal entries) can be generated and processed 'automatically' by Yuki by activating the Yuki link with Loket or Nmbrs®.
If this is not used, payroll tax assessments have to be processed manually.
Access to uploaded payroll tax assessment
To access it:
- if necessary, click on the Backoffice icon in the navigation bar within the domain
- in the Backoffice workflow section, click on the Documents tile
- in the now-opened screen, click on the file name of the relevant payroll tax assessment
- then select, if necessary, the Payroll tax assessment slip document type at the top of the screen.

When filing your payroll tax assessment, you only need to fill in two fields:
Date
Enter the last day of the month to which the payroll tax relates. Make sure you enter the correct date. So it is not the date stated on the document as the document date, but the last day of the period to which the payroll tax relates.
Amount
Enter the amount of payroll tax. All payment information fields are filled in automatically while saving the document. These fields can still be modified, if required.
If you use the payment list, you can create a SEPA payment file through which the payroll tax assessment can be paid.
Entry
A processed payroll tax assessment is placed in the 'Tax/Payroll tax' folder by default. The processed payroll tax assessment must always be matched with a payment (to Tax authorities). The entry is made via the account '17100 Payroll tax' and '17110 National social security office<'.
