Here you will find an overview of all payroll tax assessments that have been manually processed in the administration(s) or 'automatically' generated and processed through the Yuki connection with Loket or Nmbrs®.
Only a user with the 'Back office' role in the domain or the role 'Financial Administration', 'External Accountant' or 'Management' role can view the overview of payroll tax assessments.
From this overview a user with the 'Backoffice' role in the domain or the 'Financial administration', 'External accountant' or 'Management' role can:
- view a payroll tax assessment.
From this overview, a user with the role 'Back office' role in the domain can:
- create a payroll tax assessment.
Hover your mouse over the Financials icon in the navigation bar and then click on Payroll tax assessments.
The following screen is opened:
When using the payment list (if activated) you can create a SEPA payment file with which the payrol tax assessments can be paid.
You can indicate here from which period and/or which administration the payroll tax assessments must be shown.
You can adjust or standardize the shown columns by clicking on the button Customize the displayed columns.
The columns in the overview can be sorted ascending or descending.
View payroll tax assessment
- Click on the subject of the document
OR - Hover your mouse over the line of the relevant return, click on the button with the three dots, and then select View document from the dropdown menu.
In the now-opened screen, the assessment can be changedif required and then saved again.
Create payroll tax assessment
It is always possible to manually create a new empty payroll tax assessment by clicking on the button Create payroll tax assessment.
Only a user with the 'Back office' role in the domain can create a new payroll tax assessment.
The following screen is opened:
Enter here the amount and the end date of the period to be covered by the new payroll tax assessment. Then select the correct administration for which you want to generate a payroll tax assessment.
