Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
All submitted documents that have not been recognised by the IDR end up in the Back office workflow with the document type 'Standard'.
When processing standard documents, no financial transactions are recorded in Yuki. In addition, Yuki does not place this type of document in a standard folder but the user must decide in which folder the document should be kept.
Examples of standard documents include insurance policies, loan agreements, amortisation schedules, contracts, etc.
To find a standard document quickly, it is important to enter the correct contact (with CoC number, VAT number and website) and an unambiguous subject. In addition, you can assign the standard document to a specific project (if a user with the role 'Management' has chosen the Medium, Large or Unlimited bundle via the Yuki Store in the domain).
Once you have entered the data and added any notes (Notes field in Other section), clicking on the Save button at the top left of your screen allows you to save your entry and then click on the Click here to store this document in another folder button to place the standard document in the appropriate folder.
Yuki's advanced search function searches the entire Yuki domain for all contacts, documents, transactions (statement lines), projects, tasks, general ledger accounts, etc. that match a search term.
