Can I set a security level for a financial folder?

In Yuki, you cannot set a specific security level for a financial folder. However, a standard security per user role has been implemented. The following explains how access and security for different user roles is regulated.


ATTENTION!

If a user has access to a particular project/file, they can view all the financial data in that project/file, regardless of their role. This means that parts of the financial administration can be made accessible to a user without having access to the entire administration.


User roles and access rights


Read-only user:

In combination with other roles, you can view documents in folders that are accessible to the given role.


Purchase:

  • Access to documents in folders: "Purchase", "Human Resources", "Tax", and "Other financial".
  • In the ‘Human Resources’ folder, all employee expense claims and only your own pay slips, expense claims, HR documents and assessments.
  • In the 'Tax' folder: only the WKR report if the Work-related costs scheme applies.


Sales:

  • Access to documents in folders: "Sales", "Human Resources", "Tax", and "Other financial".
  • In the "Human Resources" folder: only your own pay slips, expense claims, HR documents and assessments.
  • In the 'Tax' folder: only the WKR report if the Work-related costs scheme applies.


Financial administration:

  • Access to documents in all folders: 'Purchase', 'Sales', 'Bank', 'Human resources', 'Tax', and 'Other financial'.
  • In the ‘Human Resources’ folder, the financial documents (pay slips and expense claims) of all employees and only your own HR documents and assessments.


HRM:

  • Access to documents in folders: "Human Resources", "Tax", and "Other financial".
  • In the 'Tax' folder: only payroll tax assessments and the WKR report if the Work-related costs scheme applies.


External accountant:

  • Access to documents in all folders: 'Purchase', 'Sales', 'Bank', 'Human Resources', 'Tax', and 'Other financial'.
  • In the ‘Human Resources’ folder: access to financial documents only (pay slips and expense claims).
  • In the ‘Tax’ folder: access to all documents except the WKR report if the Work-related costs scheme applies.


Management:

Unlimited access to all documents in all folders: 'Purchase', 'Sales', 'Bank', 'Human Resources', 'Tax', and 'Other financial'.
