Only a user with the role 'Management' role can export the documents from all folders in the Archive.
A user with the role 'Back office' role in the domain can only export the documents from the bookkeeping folders (gray folders).
Hover your mouse over the Archive icon in the navigation bar and then click File cabinet.
In the now-opened screen, click on the Export button.
The following screen is opened:
In this screen, select the correct administration and period start and end dates and then select all folders you want to export from the Archive. After you click on the Export button, the following message appears on the screen:
As long as the status of the export is 'Open', the export can be canceled by clicking on the Cancel export button.
The export file will be created the same night, i.e. within 24 hours. When this file is ready, you will receive an email from Yuki with a link. Using this link, you can log in to your domain and download the file. A (part of the) Archive is not directly downloadable, because these are often very large files.
ATTENTION!
The link in the e-mail is valid for 14 days!
A ZIP file is created from the selected folders, containing a map for each folder. In this way, you have all the documents belonging to a particular annual account together in one file..
If you have terminated the contract with Yuki, please request the export at least two days before the contract expires. If you do this on the last day, you will not be able to log in via the link in the mail and you will have to renew the contract for one month.
