Account Settings Visma Connect

Once you’ve set up Visma Connect, you can easily manage your personal information, security options, and login methods at accountsettings.connect.visma.com/profile.

Below is an overview of the most important settings you can adjust on this page.

Password and Email Address

• Change Password: Easily change your current password to a new, strong password here.

        To access this:

• click on Sign-in and Security in the left-hand menu of the account settings
• go to the Password section.

• Change email address: Update the email address you use to log in here. You can also add other email addresses here that you can use for account recovery.

            To access this:

• click on Profile in the left-hand menu of the account settings
• go to the Email addresses section.

Personal Information and Phone Number

• Change or add a phone number: Here, you can link a new cell phone number or update an existing one. This number is used for security verifications (such as SMS codes) and account recovery.

            To access this:

• click Profile in the left-hand menu of your account settings
• go to the Phone numbers section.

Two-Step Verification (2FA) and Authenticator Apps

• Authenticator on multiple devices: You’re not limited to just one phone. You can set up an Authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) on multiple devices (e.g., a work phone and a personal phone or tablet) by scanning the same QR code on both devices during setup.
  
  
• Remove a device or unlink it: Have you switched phones or lost a device? In the security settings, you can immediately unlink and remove a registered authenticator or a specific device to keep your account secure.

        To access this :

• click Sign-in and security in the left-hand menu of your account settings
• go to the Two-factor authentication section.
