All captured settings such as contract settings among others are grouped and categorized in one place in your domain.
Open your domain settings by clicking on the Settings icon in the navigation bar. Then in the now-opened screen, click on Companies in the Domain section.
The following screen is always opened in the Default view:
For each administration, among other things, the CoC number, the e-mail address for documents, the start date of the accounting (administration), the VAT number, the user in charge of the VAT return, whether or not there is an ICP (IntraCommunity Performance) return and the status (Incomplete, Complete or Inactive) are shown.
The administration behind which the Default label is shown is the default administration in the domain. This means that in all the screens you open, the data of this administration will be shown by default.
Clicking on the name will take you to the screen with the details of the administration and allow you to change various settings and data about the administration such as, for example, the access control of an administration.
The ‘Access control’ function allows a user with the role ‘Management’ to grant or deny a user's access to an administration at any time.
For a detailed description of the function ‘Access control’, see article Access control of administration(s) in domain.
Filters
The data in the screen can be filtered by Status:
- Incomplete: the administration is ready for use: all necessary data has been supplied and documents for this administration can be submitted to Yuki for processing.
- Complete: the administration is not yet ready: basic data for this administration is missing. As a result, you cannot yet submit documents to Yuki for this administration. To complete the basic data, click on the name of this administration in the domain. You can then fill in the missing details (the administration profile) in a number of screens.
- Inactive: the administration is inactive: the end date of the contract has passed. You can only view this administration and perform edits for your own use. However, you cannot have documents for this administration processed by Yuki. You can view inactive administrations as long as there is at least one active administration in the domain.
Views
You can also indicate in this screen that one of the following views should be shown:
