After you have established the CRMHub connection with the accounting portal and set the approval for the changes to be synchronized, all desired administrations must be connected to CRMHub and, if applicable, customer data updated.
Each administration in the accountant portal must be connected to the CRMHub separately.
All portal users can connect an administration to CRMHub and approve changes (to customer data) for manual synchronization.
The screen to connect an administration to CRMHub and/or manually update customer data is opened as follows:
- automatically immediately after creating a new domain
- click on Management in the accountant portal and then click on Administrations. Then click on the name of the administration.
- in the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Administrations. Then hover your mouse over the line of the relevant administration, click on the button with the three dots, and then select View administration details from the menu.
The following screen is opened:
In the CRM Hub section, a user can:
- connect CRMHub to an administration
- manually update customer data for administration.
- disconnect the CRMHub connection from the administration.
TIP!
To synchronize changes to customer data, they can also be manually updated in the 'CRMHub' view of the 'Administrations' overview in the accountant portal.

Connect CRMHub to administration
Yuki searches for a match based on the Chamber of Commerce number or the VAT number. When a match is found, click on Connect.
The administration's connection status is now changed to 'Connected'.
For example, as soon as changes have been made to the administration profile that require manual approval, the following message will appear on the screen:
Manually update customer data for administration
In the screen above, click on the Show link to view the changes.
The following screen is opened:
Select the customer data (fields) that need to be changed in Yuki and then click on the Update button.
The customer data will be updated in the relevant Yuki administration.
Disconnect the administration's CRMHub connection
To disconnect the administration from CRMHub, click on the Disconnect in the screen below.
