The WOZ value of the building can be recorded per calendar year. The base valuation (percentage of WOZ value) of the property is calculated using the WOZ value determined by the municipality. If necessary, also specify the base valuation of the property.
When the book value (purchase value minus depreciation) of the building is equal to the base value, the depreciation on the building stops immediately.
After entering the WOZ value, click on the Add button to save the data.
The Applicable WOZ value column is now added to the building in the asset statement.
To change or delete a specific WOZ value of the building, hover your mouse over the line of the asset in question, click on the button with the three dots and then select Change WOZ value from the dropdown menu.
Then click on the pencil or cross behind the relevant WOZ value.
