Export asset statement or asset account as PDF file

Disclaimer

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.


In Yuki it is possible to export the asset statement or asset account as a PDF file. The PDF file can be printed directly if required.


TIP!

The asset statement can also be downloaded as a CSV file by clicking on the Download button.

ATTENTION!

When asset group settings are missing, it is not possible to export the asset statement or an asset account as a PDF file or download an asset statement as a CSV file.


Hover your mouse over the Financials icon in the navigation bar, then click on Assets.


The following screen is opened:




Export asset statement as (detailed) PDF file and print

It is possible to export the asset statement shown as a (detailed) PDF file and if required print it via the Export as... button. 



From the dropdown menu, click on the PDF menu option to export the asset statement with all asset accounts. 


Below is the print preview:



From the dropdown menu, click on the Detailed PDF menu option to export the asset statement with all asset accounts containing each active asset and its depreciation.

Export asset account as PDF file

If you only want a PDF file of a specific asset account then you can open that asset account by clicking on the name of the respective asset account, in the now-opened screen click on the Export as PDF button.
