Quotation layouts

In the Sales functionality you can work with different quotation layouts. The layout determines what the quotation looks like, what data will be printed on it, where the address block will be and what will appear in the accompanying mail.

Yuki offers the option to change the existing default quotation layout to your own liking or to create one or more new quotations layouts yourself.

If you work with different quotation layouts, you can decide which layout to use each time you create or process a new quotation.



You can define the following settings for sales invoices and quotations:

Access to settings

All settings for your invoice layouts are centralized within your domain and divided into logical categories.


To access these settings:

  • click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
  • click on Sales settings in the now-opened screen
  • then scroll to Quotation layouts

All quotation layouts that are currently created for this administration are shown here.


From this screen you can:

  • edit a quotation layout
  • delete a quotation layout
  • create a quotation layout.


TIP!

Creating or changing an invoice layout is described in more detail in article Create or change quotation layout.


Edit or delete quotation layout

To change or delete an quotation layout, click on the line of the quotation layout.


In the quotation layout now-opened, enter your changes and then click on the Save button.


To delete the opened quotation layout, click on the Delete button.


The following screen is opened:



Then click on the Edit or Delete button.


Create quotation layout

To create a new quotation layout, click on the + New layout button. 


The following screen is opened:


TIP!

On the quotation you create based on Quotation layout 3 or 4, the text “Signature” is printed with space above it for signing the quotation.
