In the Contacts functionality, you can view a number of overviews of contacts that basically show the same list but with a different contact type. The different contact types are: customers, suppliers, administrations, employees, companies and persons.
Hover your mouse over the Contacts icon in the navigation bar and then click on Contacts.
The following screen is opened:
Click the icon of the contact type whose list you want to view. Below is an example of the list view of the Suppliers contact types:
In this screen you can use the following buttons:
- Create a new contact (company or person).
- Show only active, inactive or all suppliers.
- Here make a selection on which you want to filter the suppliers: all shown address details, Name, City, Postal code, Tag, Email address, Website, Phone, Contact code, CoC number, VAT number, Bank account or Suppliers code.
- Then enter the actual selection criterion. Clicking on the Find button will apply the filter to the list.
- Show all addresses.
- Show only the addresses in my address book.
- Show list view.
- Show addresses as business cards.
- Show the tag cloud.
- Show additional filters to group suppliers:
- With entries on account: in the search window you can enter a GL account, Yuki will show the suppliers who have entries on the corresponding GL account.
- With sales invoices: Yuki will show the suppliers to which sales invoices are linked.
- With purchase invoices: Yuki will show the suppliers to which purchase invoices are linked.
- With sales item: if you enter a sales item in the search window, Yuki shows the suppliers to which the relevant sales item has been supplied.
- Customize the columns shown in this overview.
Display the overview shown as a PDF file that you can then download or print.
Download the overview shown as a CSV (Excel) file.
Clicking on a letter of the alphabet at the top of your screen will show all suppliers whose names begin with that letter.
