The administration office/accountant activates the accounting link with ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ING and/or Knab for one or more bank accounts in an administration. The accounting link is immediately added as an active contract component to the entrepreneur's contract.

TIP!

Check in the domain if the corresponding bank account has already been created!

If the bank account is not created, Yuki does not know for which domain the transactions automatically retrieved via the accounting link are destined.

After the entrepreneur has actually activated the link at his or her bank, and transactions have actually taken place on the relevant account(s), the electronic bank files (with transactions) will be automatically imported by Yuki via the bank link into the administration.

Banks indicate in the name of the electronic bank file that it is a bank file to be automatically imported by Yuki.

You can see in an administration whether the bank link is active by:

  • checking the contract details
  • checking the name of the electronic bank file.

Check contract details

Only a user with the 'Management' role can view the contract.

You can check the contract details at the domain details. 'My domain' can be opened from different places in Yuki: :

  • Above the navigation bar, click on the Switch domain icon and then click on My domain
  • At the top left of the screen, click on the domain name and then click on the My domain tile
  • In the navigation bar, click on the Start icon and then click on the My domain tile
  • In the navigation bar, click on the Settings icon and then in the now-opened screen click on My domain.

In the now-opened screen, click on the Contract button.

In the now-opened screen, under Active contract parts, you will see the activated accounting link and the date on which the link was activated by the administrative office/accountant.

Check name of electronic bank file

Hover your mouse over the Bank icon in the navigation bar, click on Electronic statements and then click > in front of an electronic statement from the appropriate bank account.

The following screen is opened:

You can see from the name of the electronic bank file whether these transactions were automatically uploaded into the administration by Yuki through the accounting link:

  • ABN AMRO: file name starts with m1mgt
  • Rabobank: file name starts with raboib or SPLITMT940 (old accounting link)
  • Rabobank: file name begins with RabobankPremiumAPI (new accounting link).
  • ING: file name contains YUKI
  • Knab: file name contains YUKI
  • Ponto: file name contains PontoStatement.
