Create PDF of interim reporting WKR

From the interim report of the WKR, a PDF can be created with associated overviews of the categories in which the relevant items (documents and / or transactions) are included.

This PDF is automatically stored in the digital archive ('Tax / Payroll tax' folder) of the domain

Only a user with the 'Portal administrator' or a 'Back office' role in the domain can create a PDF.

Only a user with the 'Management' role can view the interim report (PDF) in the archive.

Hover your mouse over the HR icon in the navigation bar and then click on Work-related costs scheme.

In the now-opened home screen of the WKR tool, click on the Create PDF button.

The following screen is opened:

The WKR reporting is kept in the Archive in the 'Tax/Payroll tax folder.

By clicking on the Download button, the PDF with the corresponding specification can be downloaded.
