How do I export all documents from Yuki?

Only a user with the 'Management' ROLE can export documents from Yuki.


Hover your mouse over the Archive icon in the navigation bar and then click on Export.


ATTENTION!

In a Basic or Plus domain, click on the Submit button on the left of your screen and then click on Export.


The following screen is opened:



In this screen, select the correct administration and period and then tick all the folders you want to export from the Archive. After clicking on the Export button, the export file is created the same night, i.e. within 24 hours. When this file is ready, Yuki will send you an email with a link. This link allows you to log in to your domain and download the file. A part of the Archive cannot be downloaded directly, because these are often very large files.


A ZIP file is created from the selected folders, containing a map for each folder. In this way, you have all the documents belonging to a particular annual account together in one file..


If you have terminated the contract with Yuki, please request the export at least two days before the contract expires. If you do this on the last day, you will not be able to log in via the link in the mail and you will have to renew the contract for one month.
