Before you are printing the printerlabels you have to configure the printer label settings. After you have configured the printer label settings correctly you can proceed with step 2 the selection of contacts for the printer labels to be printed.
Hover your mouse over the Contacts icon in the navigation bar and then click on Printer labels.
The following screen is opened:

Below the printer label settings are described in more detail.
TIP!
Click on the Default button in order to restore the changed settings to the default settings.
General
- Columns: here you have to indicate the number of columns of the sheet of printer labels. The width of the printer label will be automatically adjusted when the number of columns is changed.
- Rows: here you have to fill in the number of rows of the sheet of printer labels. The height of the printer label will be automatically adjusted when the number of rows is changed.
- Hide country: here you can indicate that you do not want to print the country on your printer labels because e.g. most contacts are located in the same country where you are based or reside.
- Select only complete addresses: by default, only those shown contacts are selected in the screen whose 'Name', 'Address', 'Zip Code' and 'City' fields are completely filled in.
- Font (and size): choose the font and the font size of the address on the printer label.
- Font style: choose here whether the address should be printed in color and/or normal, in bold, in italics or in bold ánd in italics on the printer label.
Print preview
Based on the settings currently entered in the screen, you will see a preview of the printer label to be printed.
Advanced
- Top margin (mm): the automatically calculated number of millimetres that the address must be printed from the top edge of the sheet of printer labels, based on a A4 size sheet of printer labels. You can always change the indicated number of millimetres.
- Indent right (mm): the automatically calculated number of millimetres that the address must be printed from the right edge of the sheet of printer labels (so without the side margin), based on a A4 size sheet of printer labels. You can always change the indicated number of millimetres.
- Indent left (mm): the automatically calculated number of millimetres that the address must be printed from the left edge of the sheet of printer labels (so without the side margin), based on a A4 size sheet of printer labels. You can always change the indicated number of millimetres.
- Label width (mm): the automatically calculated width of the printer label in millimetres, based on a A4 size sheet of printer labels. You can always change the indicated width.
- Label height (mm): the automatically calculated height of the printer label in millimetres, based on a A4 size sheet of printer labels. You can always change the indicated height.
- Column spacing: by default a space of 2 millimetres is filled in, based on a A4 size sheet of printer labels. Only change this in 0 millimetre if there is no space between the columns.
- Label spacing: by default no space is filled in here. based on a A4 size sheet of printer labels. Only change this if there is space between the printer labels.
Start printing on printer label
Select the printer label on which the first selected contact should be printed. The screen then shows that the selected contact will be printed from this printer label on the printer label sheet.
