You can print printer labels of all contacts that you have created in Yuki. This is for example handy when you want to send the sales invoices that you have created in Yuki to your customers with regular mail.
Printing printer labels involves three steps:
- Step 1: configure the printer labels settings
- Step 2: select contacts for printer labels
- Step 3: print the printer labels.
Hover your mouse over the Contacts icon on the navigation bar and then click on Printer labels.
The following screen is opened:

Step 1: configure the printer labels settings
Before you select the contacts that you want to print as printer labels you have to configure the settings of the printer labels and the sheet of printer labels.

Step 2: select contacts for printer labels
After the configuration of the printer labels settings you have to select the contacts that you want to print as a printer label.

Stap 3: print printer labels
If you have selected all the contacts that you want to print as printer labels ánd if you have configured all the settings then the printer labels can be printed.
Check if you have deleted the header and footer in Google Chrome ánd if a test page is printed correctly before you actually start with printing the printer labels.
