After the configuration of the label settings you have to select the contacts that you want to print as a label.. After you have selected the contacts for the labels to be printed you can proceed with step 3 printing the labels.

Hover your mouse over the Contacts icon on the navigation bar and then click on Labels

The following screen is opened:

By default those contacts will be selected automatically where the 'Name', 'Address', 'Postal code' and 'City' fields are filled in completely. You can now manually add contacts to this automatic selection by clicking the box in front of the contacts that were not selected.

If necessary you can indicate which contacts/addresses you want to select to be printed as a label:

  • All contacts in the family address book or only the contacts in your own Adress book
  • All contacts or only contact persons, families or companies
  • All contacts to which one or more identical tags are linked. For this reason you select one or more tags. Subsequently a list is shown in which contacts can be shown to which all, one or none of the selected tags is linked. You can always undo the selectuion of the tags.

You can click the Select all button in order to select all the contacts at once.

Use the Undo selection button to undo the selection of the contacts at once.
