To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to connect.visma.com and log in.
- Click on the username/profile icon in the top-right corner and select My details
- Next, select Sign-in & security.
- Find the Two-factor authentication section.
- Temporarily disable 2FA by clicking on the slider next to Require a second step at sign-in.
- Re-enable 2FA by clicking on the toggle switch next to Require a second step at sign-in. A new QR code will now appear on the screen.
- Scan the QR code simultaneously with both phones (using Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or 1Password on the first and second phone).
- Enter the 6-digit code displayed on the screen to complete the setup.
From that point on, both phones will generate exactly the same 6-digit security codes. No matter which user logs in, the security code will work on both phones.
