Troubleshooting: Logging In with Visma Connect

Modified on Wed, 2 Sep at 3:37 PM

Are you having trouble logging in? Follow these steps to resolve the issue right away.

Step 1: Where are you logging in?

  • Via the app:

It’s important that you use the correct app and the correct version. Make sure you’re using the right app and update it. Below are the links to the correct app:

  * iOS (Apple): https://apps.apple.com/nl/app/yuki-assistant-nl/id6769332554

  * Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.visma.accounting

  • Via desktop (browser):

Do you see a specific error message on your screen? Below are a number of error messages with possible solutions. Go to step 2.

Step 2: What error message are you getting?

Below you’ll find the various error messages that may appear, along with their causes and solutions.

“Your email address/password is incorrect.”

  • Cause: You’re trying to log in with your old Yuki password.

Your email address is already linked to Visma Connect (for example, via Nmbrs Payroll). Your account has been migrated behind the scenes, so your old Yuki password no longer works.

  • Solution: Log in with the password you use for the other Nmbrs module or Visma product that connects you to Visma Connect. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot your password?” option.

“This user is not linked to the identity provider ‘visma-connect’. This can be changed on the ‘Change Password’ screen.”

  • Cause: Your browser is still using old saved login credentials or cookies.
  • Solution: Clear your browser’s cookies and cache, or open an incognito window (private window) to log in again via the new Visma Connect route.

“No access. You do not have permission to access this domain. For questions about your Nmbrs Accounting...”

  • Cause: Your browser is still using old saved login credentials or cookies, or you’re using the wrong URL.
  • Solution: Check that you’re using the correct login URL:
    • Business owners: [yourdomain].accounting.nmbrs.nl
    • Accountants in the portal: portal.accounting.nmbrs.nl

Are you using the correct URL? Clear your browser’s cookies and cache, or open an incognito window (private window) to log in again

Step 3: Can’t find your solution here?
