Update: the outage at Nmbrs has been fixed and the link is now available again.
Due to a recent update from Nmbrs, we are currently experiencing outages resulting in slow loading times or in some cases no loading of the Nmbrs interface at all.
This may result in one of the following error messages:
- Error 9999: An unknown error occurred in Nmbrs while retrieving data for the debtor “XXXXX” via the Nmbrs endpoint: “CompanyService.Run_GetList”.
- Time Limit Error: An error occurred while retrieving Nmbrs debtor “XXXXX”: The operation has timed out.
These problems are affecting the link with Nmbrs, so it is currently not possible to retrieve data in the usual way. Our advice is to wait until the outage is resolved by Nmbrs.
