We've noticed that VAT submissions sent on 31-01-2026 have been sent but not confirmed by the Tax Authorities.
In Yuki, you can see this in the VAT return overview where it shows “Sent to tax authorities” instead of “Closed.” Or if you open the submission, the status will show as “Sent” rather than "Acknowledge' on the Messages tab.
This issue is likely due to a problem at Logius. It should be clear once they resolve the issue. For the latest updates and progress on this, please check the Logius website: https://www.logius.nl/storing-en-onderhoud

Update 03-02-2026:
The issue at Logius has been resolved. It appears that the previously submitted VAT returns are now being confirmed by the tax authorities. However, it may take soms time for all VAT returns to reflect an updated status in Yuki. We will continue to monitor the situation.

The issue has been resolved. All VAT submissions that were sent have now been confirmed by the Tax Authorities.
