Only the owner of the domain with the role ‘Management’ role can cancel the contract of one or more administrations directly from the domain when more than one administration is present.
If you cancel the contract for an administration, you will still pay for this administration until the end of the current month. During this month, transactions can still be processed by Yuki.
ATTENTION!
A user with the ‘Portal administrator’ (administrative office or accountant) role can also cancel the contract of one or more administrations.
Canceling the contract for the entire domain (with one or more administrations) can only be done by a user with the ‘Portal administrator’ (administrative office or accountant) role.
TIP!
If you want to cancel an administration and you get the message that you do not have access to this functionality, then you are not the ‘owner’ of the domain. Please contact your administrative office or accountant so they can take care of this for you.
After the term of the contract expires, Yuki automatically changes the status of the terminated administration to ‘Inactive’. An inactive administration remains visible in the overview of all administrations in the domain.
If the other administrations in the domain do remain active, then the data in the inactive administration can still be viewed. However, it is no longer possible to process data in this administration.
From this screen a user can:
- cancel the contract for an administration
- reactivate the contract for an administration.
Click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar. Then, in the now-opened screen in the Domain section, click on Contracts.
The following screen is opened in the Active contracts view by default.
Cancel contract for administration
Open the Active contracts view. Hover your mouse over the contract line of the corresponding administration, click on the button with the three dots and then select the Cancel contract menu option from the dropdown menu.
The following message appears on the screen:
Select the check box I agree, I would like to cancel the contract for administration ‘Yuki Training’ starting next month and understand the consequences and then click on the Deactivate button to actually cancel the contract.
Reactivate contract for administration
Open the Inactive contracts view. Hover over the contract line of the administration whose contract has been cancelled, click on the button with the three dots, and then select Reactivate contract menu option from the dropdown menu.
In the now-opened notification, select the I agree, I would like to reactivate the contract for administration 'Yuki Training' immediately, and understand the consequences., and then click on the Reactivate contract button to actually reactivate the contract.
