By default, the Human Resources folder contains the following subfolders:
- pay slips
- expense claims
- HR documents
- assessments.
Hover your mouse over the Archive icon in the navigation bar and click on File cabinet. In the now-opened screen, open the Human Resources folder.
TIP!
A user with the 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'Management' or 'HRM' role can set additional security for the Human Resources folder by clicking on the Edit button. The following screen is opened:
By default, an employee can view his or her own pay slips, expense claims, HR documents and assessments, the manager cannot view an employee's human resources documents.
This security can be adjusted in the above screen by selecting the appropriate option or unchecking the checkbox.
TIP!
An employee's manager can be defined in the Manager field on the Employee tab of the employee's contact card.
Only a user with the “Management” or “HRM” role can view the pay slips, expense reports, HR documents and assessments of all employees.
The accountant can view all documents except HR documents (non-financial documents) of all employees.
All other users (if employee) can view only their own pay slips, expense claims, HR documents and assessments in the Human Resources folder.
They can also view these documents by clicking on HR documents from their own contact card on the left side of the screen.
