Back office web service

This web service allows you to use an API key to retrieve specific data from a domain. You can see which documents are still to be processed by the accountant and which questions are open for the back office in a domain. In addition, you can check and/or update the specific back office roles of portal users in a domain.

GetOutstandingQuestions

This Web service allows you to check the outstanding questions for the back office in a administration.

GetWorkflow

This web service allows you to retrieve the back office workflow from an administration. Those are the documents that could not automatically be processed by Yuki and which the accountant needs to check to process them correctly.

GetDomainFunctions

Checks which portal users have been assgned a specific back office role in a domain.

Update DomainFunctions

Updates the specific back office roles of portal users in a domain. Only one role at a time can be updated for a domain.
