The following screen is opened:

In this screen you can use the following buttons and/or dropdown menus:
- Add a new bank account.
- Add a new credit card.
- Add a new online payment provider.
- Only show the bank accounts of a specific office.
- Show the inactive bank accounts or the bank accounts with a bank balance of 0,00 euro.
- List view of bank accounts.
- Large view of bank accounts.
- View the bank accounts of a specific administration or of the entire domain.
For a detailed description of how to add a new bank account, credit card, and/or new payment provider, see article Create account (bank account, credit card and/or online payment provider).
In this screen, you'll see an overview of all business accounts, credit cards, and/or online payment providers for an administration within a domain.
When the accountant has added the Foreign currency feature to the domain contract, one or more so-called foreign currency accounts can be created.
After uploading the electronic statement files (containing statement lines) from the bank(s) to your domain in Yuki, Yuki then processes them into the financial administration. The bank accounts and/or credit cards will be automatically created during this import.
All accounts, credit cards, and online payment providers that are not created during the import of electronic statement files must be created manually by a user with the 'Portal back office', 'External accountant', or 'Management' role.
Behind each bank account you find the current balance on the date shown. This date is the day on which the last transaction (processed in Yuki) took place on the bank account.
The red triangle behind a bank account indicates that there is an inconsistency present in the bank account:
- the opening balance cannot be checked
- there are missing bank transactions.
By clicking the number or description of a bank account a screen is opened where you can:
- change the details of a bank account
- view the statement lines or statements of a bank account
- view the statistics (bank balance per month in graph) of a bank account.
