You can change the indicators that are shown in the financial monitor and the order thereof .You do this by changing the settings of the chart (monitor).

Only a user with the 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role can change the monitor.

All configured settings such as the settings of the chart of the financial monitor, among others, are grouped and categorised in one place in your domain.

You can open the settings of the chart from two places in Yuki:

  • Click on the Financials icon in the navigation bar and then click on Monitor. Subsequently, in the now-opened screen, click on the Chart settings.
  • Click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then, in the now-opened screen, click on Monitor.

The following screen is opened:

Here you have to specify which indicators have to be shown (active) and which should remain hidden (inactive). With the arrows you can change the order of the indicators that are shown on your screen. Click on the Save settings button to save your changes.

The data of previous year for the Results and Revenue indicators can be shown or hidden in the financial monitor. You can enable or disable this by clicking on the Previous year checkbox.
