Only the manager of a project can change the data of a project, delete the project, upload multiple documents into the project, create a task for the project, and place the contents of a project entirely into another existing project (merge).

All other users (including users with the ‘Back office’ role in the domain) who have access to a project can only create a new task.

To view and/or change the data of a project, hover your mouse over the Projects icon in the navigation bar and then click on Active projects, My projects, All projects or Recently viewed. In the now-opened screen, click on > in front of the project in question.

The following screen is opened:

On the ‘Details’ tab you will find all (basic) data as entered when the project was created.

In the log data, you can see, among other things, on which date the project was created and/or changed and by which user.

TIPS:

  • When merging two projects, all other data of a project such as access level, start and end date and tags are lost. Thus, the data of the project in which the content of another project is placed is leading.
  • To allow automatic assignment of a document to a project based on project codes in Yuki, only the manager of the project can select the Enable auto-allocation through OCR field.

Summary

This tab shows all documents, contacts, email, appointments and tasks (including activities) associated with the project.

The linked bank transactions and transactions of a journal entry (linked via ledger card) can be found in the ‘Financial details’ overview.

By clicking on the subject or description you open the document, contact, email, task, appointment or activity directly.
