Is it possible to change the details of a sales invoice?

Modified on Tue, 16 Sep at 8:49 AM

In Yuki kun je de volgende werklijsten bekijken van alle onbetaalde/nog te incasseren verkoopfacturen:

  • Draft invoices
  • Invoices ready to be sent
  • Overdue invoices
  • Blocked invoices.

The following shows which data can be changed for each work list:

  • Draft invoices
All details from a draft sales invoice can still be edited and re-saved.
  • Invoices ready to be sent
The invoice date, sending method and/or email address of an invoice ready to be sent can still be changed and saved again. If other details needs to be changed such as an invoice line, for example, it is possible to save the invoice ready to be sent again as a draft invoice.
  • Overdue invoices
The details of an invoice to be reminded cannot be changed and saved again. If data needs to be changed as a result of inquiries or research then it is possible to block the invoice to be reminded.
  • Blocked invoices
The details of a blocked invoice can no longer be adjusted and saved again. However, after releasing an invoice for sending, it will be kept as an invoice ready to be sent. In an invoice ready to be sent, the invoice date, sending method and/or email address can be adjusted or the invoice ready to be sent can be saved as a draft invoice.
