In the financial monitor the most important indicators of your company are shown in a graphical way. View the growth of your revenue, gross margin and results, bank balance, cash balance, ageing of debtors and creditors and also the more complex KPI's (Key Performance Indicator) like working capital, solvency and return on equity.

You can view the financial monitor of the current year (until the current month), last year or next year. The data of the several indicators are shown in the screenshot below until December of last year. The data of last year of the Results and Revenue indicators can be shown or hidden by deactivating them in the chart settings.

So it is possible to adjust the indicators that are shown in the monitor and the order thereof. You can change the financial monitor settings by clicking on the Chart settings button.

TIP!

You can also view the financial monitor settings by clicking on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then click on Monitor in the now-opened screen.

Only a user with the 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'Financial administration', 'External accountant' or 'Management' role can view the monitor or change the settings.

Hover your mouse over the Financials icon in the navigation bar and then click on Monitor

The following screen is opened:

The data that is shown in the financial monitor can be updated by clicking on the Refresh button.

You can open a financial newspaper (PDF document) that contains the data of the financial monitor by clicking on the Financial newspaper button. On the now-opened screen the newspaper can be downloaded or printed by clicking on the Download or Print icon.

Click on one of the charts in the monitor  in order to view the various indicators in more detail.

Yuki also provides the charts of the monitor as widgets so they can be shown, for example, on your own intranet.
